Paper-Mâché Dream: Daisy Harper was born in 1975,Her photographs reveal an old romanticism that work within thematic collages and story sets, or remain subtly reminiscent in more abstract images and themes. Harper's photos often will accent natural subjects by capturing one or more social complexities. This is done by juxtaposing themes of the natural world with social accents, by focusing upon a landscape or object within nature, while also hinting upon what feels like a distant social ideology. The romanticism of both nature and the particular social aspects that are intertwined in much of Harper's photography.
